Privacy collection notice

Senior Support is a registered business name of John Chris Loschiavo, sole trader, ABN 56 536 078 003. This notice covers the public expression-of-interest form. Paid bookings and service intake remain closed while launch checks are completed.

What we collect

The interest form asks only for your first name, email address and consent to be contacted about registration. A separate, optional choice covers broader Senior Support resources and updates. Please do not provide an older person's name, health records, aged-care documents, family details or other sensitive information through this form.

Why we collect it

We use these details to record your interest, contact you about the Aged Care Next-Step Session and, only if you separately choose, send useful Senior Support resources and updates. We may also use information to manage enquiries and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Services that handle the information

The website is hosted through VentraIP VIPsites. The expression-of-interest form is provided by Tally, and form notifications and replies may be handled through Google's email services. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms and may process data outside Australia. Senior Support does not sell personal information.

Your choices

Consent to contact you about the service is needed to respond to your registration. Broader resources and updates are optional. You can withdraw that optional consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Storage and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information collected and keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law. This form is not a health-information intake route.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent, request deletion where lawful, or raise a privacy concern by emailing loschiavo.john@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Service boundary

Senior Support provides non-clinical aged-care navigation, education, prioritisation and family decision support. It is not an emergency, clinical assessment, medical, legal or financial advice service.
