Privacy collection notice

Senior Support is a registered business name of John Chris Loschiavo, sole trader, ABN 56 536 078 003. This notice covers the public expression-of-interest form. The service is not taking bookings or payments yet.

What we collect

The interest form asks for your own first name, email address and consent to be contacted about your registration. A separate, optional choice covers broader Senior Support resources and updates. Please do not provide an older person’s name, health records, aged care documents, family details or other sensitive information through this form.

Why we collect it

We use these details to record your interest and contact you when there is an update about the service. We send broader resources and updates only if you separately choose them. We may also use information to manage enquiries and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Services that handle the information

The website is hosted through VentraIP VIPsites. Tally provides the expression-of-interest form. Senior Support’s business email mailbox is hosted by VentraIP. Form notifications or replies may also be handled through Google email services while the email workflow is being updated. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms and may process data outside Australia. Senior Support does not sell personal information.

Your choices

Consent to contact you about the service is needed to respond to your registration. Broader resources and updates are optional. You can withdraw optional consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Storage and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information collected and keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or required by law. This form is not a health-information intake route.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent, request deletion where lawful, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@seniorsupportconnect.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Senior Support is preparing a virtual service to help older people and families understand support options and plan clearer next steps. It is not taking bookings or payments yet and is not an emergency, legal or financial advice service.
